Very elegant high quality wine aged for 6 months in 420 liter Allier e Troncais tonneau.
Ruby red color with reflections tending to orange, complex aroma of wild berries and hints of ripe blackberries.
Excellent with roasts, grilled meats, game and cheese.

    PRODUCTION ZONE: Western Sicily

    TERRENO: Calcareous Marl

    GRAPES: Nero d’Avola 100%

    CULTIVATIONS: vineyards are cultivated as “alberello” type, on a low-yield per hectare (45-50 hl/ha)

    CLIMATE: mild winter, dry spring and dry summer

    HARVEST: hands-on; when the grapes are fully ripe

    VINIFICATION TECNIQUES: picked from the bunchs, macerated at 28 – 30° C for 8-10 days

    ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13% vol.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 – 18 ° C

    STORAGE: lying down bottle in cool 15° C and dry place
